Neighborhood Initiative IILaconia, NH Neighborhood Initiative II is a scattered site neighborhood revitalization project which rehabilitates existing housing and completes the adaptive reuse of the vacant Batchelder Street School. A small computer learning center for the families who live in Laconia Area Land Trust's (LACLT) developments as well as a common area for use by a newly formed neighborhood association is in the basement of the renovated school. |
