Friedman CourtConcord, NH Friedman Court I, the first part of a two-phase development, opened in April 2007. CATCH Neighborhood Housing, the property's sponsor, named the apartment complex after its former board member and leader in the Concord community, Bruce Friedman. The complex sits on about 4.5 acres and is CATCH's largest project to date. With 45 of Friedman Court's 54 units being two-bedroom, it addresses the large demand for such apartments in the surrounding area. Part of an emerging area consisting of a mix of new construction and a well-established neighborhood close to downtown, residents enjoy Friedman Court I's location as well as its own community room and on-site playground. |
