HIF Consulting LLC provides real estate development assistance on a fee-for-service basis to government entities, community organizations and others in Maine and New Hampshire. As a subsidiary of the Northern New England Housing Investment Fund, HIF Consulting LLC draws on the affordable housing development expertise and results-oriented technical assistance of the Fund. HIF Consulting LLC specializes in working with public housing authorities, non-profit developers, and others in need of additional development capacity. HIF Consulting LLC works closely with our development and management partners to ensure that our activities complement theirs.
