Directions
From the Maine Turnpike
Take Exit 44 (formerly Exit 6A) or 45 (formerly Exit 7) off the Maine
Turnpike. Follow signs to I-295 heading to Portland.
From I-295
From I-295 take the northernmost Portland exit for Franklin Arterial
(Exit 7) which heads south to Portland’s waterfront. Take a right at
fifth light onto Middle Street (large brick police station is a
landmark on your right) and follow to 183 Middle, which will be on your
right at the intersection with Exchange Street. Use the main entrance
for the Oxford Building. (Go through the park in front of Natasha’s
Restaurant.)
Parking
Continue on Middle Street to its next intersection, Temple Street. Turn right on Temple and parking garage will be on your right.
The garage is situated between Temple and Exchange Streets, but Exchange is one way south.
183 Middle Street is known as the Oxford Building, accessed from Exchange Street in a corner of “Tommy’s Park.”
Other nearby parking is available at the Custom House garage on Pearl Street, two blocks east from Exchange Street, and one block south from Middle Street.

Directions
From the South
Route 93 North to Exit 14 (Bridge Street/Loudon Road). Turn left at the
bottom of the ramp. At the fourth set of lights, turn left onto North
Main Street.
From the North
Route 93 South to Exit 14 (Bridge Street/Loudon Road). Turn right at
the bottom of the ramp. At the second set of lights, turn left onto
North Main Street.
From the East
Route 101 West to Route 93 North. Follow directions above from the
south. Or: Route 4 West to Route 393. Go to the end of Route 393. Turn
left onto North Main Street. Follow North Main Street through three
sets of lights.
From the West
Route 89 East to Route 93 North. Follow directions above from the south.
Our office is located above the Barley House Restaurant in the next half block on the left side, directly across from the State House. The entrance is to the left of the restaurant entrance as you face the building.
Parking
Two-hour, metered parking is available on North Main Street and side streets. Eighthour, metered parking is available in the parking garage on School Street. Bring quarters. Parking is $.25 per half hour. To proceed to the parking garage, take the third right onto School Street. The parking garage is on the left.
